Startup Weekend Toronto Youth will be a unique and amazing experience designed especially for students ages 14-18. This intense weekend is perfect for young world-changers and innovators who want to create the next big thing. This unique event will feature more skill based workshops, mini-challenges and mentors than other Startup Weekends, so what are you waiting for?

To attend, you must apply to one of three categories of attendees: developers, designers or non-technical:

Developers – Software engineers/coders/developers – in short, anybody who can and will write code.

Designers – Background in design (graphics, UX/UI, Photoshop, WordPress etc.)

Non-Technical – Business, marketing & PR, and anyone with a non-technical background.

Successful applicants will receive an email promptly after their application with a code to access ticket sales. Early-Bird tickets (ending April 25th) are $50 and regular tickets are $60.

Mukund Chopra

Principal of Chopra Ventures

Mukund was City CEO at Groupon - Forbes dubbed "fastest growing company ever" with full responsibility for several of the company's Central US markets. He later went on to serve as Director of Revenue of Granify - a VC backed startup with Peter Thiel amongst its many investors. He is now founder and CEO of Chopra Ventures a new venture in the private equity space. He has also worked in telecommunications, mining and metals, strategy consulting, and investment banking. Mukund holds a Master's of Science in International Business from HEC Paris and both a Master's in Management and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.

Michael Murchison

Roni Krakover is the Marketing and Operations Manager at INcubes. She has always been highly involved in the Tel Aviv entrepreneurial scene both as a board member of Young Entrepreneur Club Israel and as the founder of a content consulting business and an exam preparation school.
